Kyle is a young, highly motivated man hailing from Pembroke, ON. Relocating to Halifax when he was just a child, he has been a resident of the HRM for more than 22 years. After graduating from a Business Management program, with honors (93%), he joined a local mid-​size rental company as their Property Manager. During his six year tenure he has excelled in his position and the company was confident in his ability to match every prospective tenant with their perfect rental unit. He held a remarkable 1% vacancy rate over the past 5 years when the average rate for the HRM was 5−7% vacancy; it was a natural move to the highly competitive real estate market.

Kyle is best known by his clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts their needs before all else. He prides himself on educating clients about the real estate market, and trying to help them realize — and achieve — the best possible price for their sale, or purchase of a home with the fastest closing time possible.
