Work Able

I’ve been here for physio treatments. The therapist I saw was experience and knew her stuff, but physio is what it is. Not my favorite way to spend an hour of my life but sometimes a requirement for insurance or recovery in general.
The staff and process for appointments are friendly and efficient.
They accept payment by both debit and credit, which is helpful at $ 100/​hour.

Okay so this might be a far shot for a review since I’m not actually a client nor have I ever received any services from them. However I did spend quite a few hours for a few weeks waiting for Meegan to go through a round of appointments with the people of Work Able.
Okay so my review is limited to what I saw in the reception area and the customer service I saw other people receive from the people working said reception area…

As far as the waiting area goes; it’s pretty nice. Lots of magazines to peruse. Chairs are comfy and won’t leave you with a back ache. Conveniently located next to a Lawton’s so if you need to fill up some time waiting for someone at least you can hop in there. Ample parking (though it does get pretty full at time)
The people at the front desk area always seem pretty friendly.
And if after you’re all done and you have a hankering for some bowling well you’re in luck since the bowling alley is just a stone’s throw away.
My only complaint is location. It’s at that horrible section off of Bayers road right as your a) getting on to the freeway or b) heading to Joseph Howe street and no matter the time of day it seems to be a massive Cluster of crappiness.
