I’ll preface this by saying I’ve never physically been to Sturgess. I bought a bike from them by phone last year (if you can imagine). Through that transaction and some technical support a couple of times in the months since, I’ve found them to be responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and very fair to deal with. They gave me more confidence and respect than any dealership I spoke with in Toronto while I was looking for my bike, frankly, and I would definitely buy from them again.
