Description

Spécialités

Greg Moulton from Matrix of Motion is a Kinesiologist who offers personal training and Muscle Activation Techniques. He works with many types of individuals, but primarily athletes looking to push to the next level, working professionals who find it difficult to get a solid workout in, as well as utilizing Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) to assist in any form of rehabilitation. The personal training is always tailored to each individual, ensuring that they are capable of handling each workout and movement performed. When needed, Greg utilizes MAT to identify any muscular limitations that are present and helps to allow your muscular system to become more tolerant of any external forces that are applied onto your body. This will allow you to perform better during sports, or just every day life, allowing you to move through a more stable environment, minimizing the risk of injury!

Greg Moulton has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Kinesiology. He is a Registered Kinesiologist and Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist. Greg has been involved in the fitness industry for almost a decade and strives to better each of his clients. His goal for every client is to teach them something new! To offer something more to them so that they can leave after each appointment and not only say that was a good workout, I’m feeling better, but also to say I learned something new today! Greg believes that this is extremely important. Any trainer or Kinesiologist can count to 10 while you do an exercise, but not everyone can teach you something about that exercise. Why you are doing it? How are you doing it? What is the goal of the exercise? His hope is to provide that for you! As much as he enjoys learning himself, he enjoys teaching others more!
