Historique

Fondé en 2007.

My love for fitness was born in the year 2001 when I discovered yoga, kickboxing and step classes at the local community centre. The benefits of cardio, strength and stretch training hit me like a ton of bricks from the very first class. Not long after, I decided to attain my group exercise certification and began teaching for Sports Clubs of Canada, City of Toronto Parks and Rec, Bally’s total fitness, mommy and baby fitness etc. I soon was certified in Pre-Post natal, Personal Training, Kettle Bell, Group Groove and Hatha Yoga. The fitness industry took me by storm and I couldn’t have been happier. I focused on group fitness and personal training and was thrilled to see how my clients lives began to change.

I now am happy to announce the opening of my own studio right here in Innisfil. An awesome space right from my home. I now have my Vinyasa Yoga (200hr) and Zumba® License & I teach Pole Dance. Adding to the spiritual aspects of yoga I practice energy healing & ear candling.

Gérant de commerce

I am a South African who has been living in Ontario for the last 15 years. Born and raised only 10 degrees south of the equator I am still trying to get used to the cold here however I now call Canada my home and take great pride in it.

At the age of 17 I became pregnant with my son and decided that I was going to accept the responsibility of being a mom. It was tough but I truly believe that decision brought me to where I am today and paved the way for my fitness business. It was being pregnant that allowed me to start loving myself and my body, no matter how it changed or what it looked like, as long as I knew I was taking time to work out, I’d be alright.

I am now ready to move on with a home studio along with my passion for movement and spirituality. Fitness is my religion and I go to church every day. It has improved the quality of my life, has helped me in my battle with depression and has kept me busy and happy.

Let me help you find your passion in fitness.
