Fiesta Mexicana is bringing the flavours of the Mexican kitchen to the Interior of BC and we guarantee that this will be the most authentic Mexican meal in the region. Wedged into an industrial bay the restaurant has a very unique look and feel trying to captivate the feel of Mexico itself. Established in 2011 Fiesta Mexicana has grown from a little operation with a handful of staff to a staff of upwards of twenty and recent national tv coverage on the popular Food Network show, «You Gotta Eat Here».

After a dozen years working as an onboard attendant on the famed Rocky Mountaineer tour train that takes passengers from Vancouver, BC to the Rocky Mountains Rodd decided to purchase a local tapas bar/​bistro. Upon meeting his fiancé Liz, from Mexico City, and having their daughter Jacqueline born in Mexico Ctiy in Feb 2010, Rodd & Liz decided to sell the bistro and strike out for the Baja. When they were not able to sell the restaurant they decided to bring a little bit of Mexico to Kamloops! Thus Fiesta Mexicana was born. We are proud to rank as one of, if not the best, Mexican restaurants in the Interior!
