Completed my OFA3 certification here. Excellent course. I have never felt as confident or as secure in my knowledge and actions as I did after completing. The instructor gave us lots of time to practice, and was more than willing to give extra instruction when we were needing it or asked for it. I recommend this course and company highly, but be sure you come to learn. I am an adult, therefore I do not waste my money or peoples time. My classmates were fantastic, and that definitely made the experience better. I do not regret my decision in any way, and am confident in my skills to enter this workforce.

I needed to take a level one occupational first-aid class for work so my employer set me up with Valley First Aid. First-aid isn’t exactly the most exciting material to learn but Valley First Aid did did a great job of balancing classroom work with interactive activities. The level-one course takes a full-day and it covers everything from bandaging small wounds to performing CPR. Generally we would be given a short lecture about a topic and then we would spend time actually practicing doing it. Our instructor for all of this was fantastic. She was funny and engaging and had clear answers for all of our questions. I was very impressed. The facilities and equipment are a little run-down but it didn’t really take away from the experience. Overall, I came away well-informed about performing basic first-aid. I would definitely recommend Valley First Aid to anyone needing to update their credentials.
