Fondé en 1999.

A steadily growing local salon, the James Brett Coiffure network has two locations with all levels of stylists who have trained with Global AVEDA professionals. We are passionately active in the Kingston community with fundraising and event partnerships.

I was visiting Kingston from SF and booked an appointment with Kaydian at the downtown location for a cut & balayage. It was the first time I’d ever coloured my hair and Kaydian was super sweet and patient, explaining every step along the way and ensuring that I was happy with what she was doing. The salon itself was super chic and modern and the experience was a relaxing one. If I lived in Kingston, Kaydian would definitely be my regular stylist.

I am originally from Toronto so I was sceptical when going to a new place but I had heard great reviews, so I decided to try it! Anyways, it was amazing I went from Barbie blonde to a brilliant new dark brown colour for the winter. The staff was amazing and kind, also I really felt relaxed after such a STRESSFUL week!
