Aldergrove-Langley Taxi

Very helpful, very polite and friendly! Then without hesitation answered all of my questions. I started this review specifically the way I did because prior to calling them I had read a lot of reviews about various taxi companies most really weren’t that good. So, I decided to take a chance and call this specific company Aldergrove Taxi. Okay full disclosure time here, I rarely if ever take a taxi, so I am not in anyway a regular or frequent user of the service. That out of the way, I knew that I was asking her some very basic questions, but they were questions that I genuinely needed answers for and as I said she took the time to answer all of them without rushing me off the phone or making me feel bad either. Now, she did all of this knowing full well that I was not going to need the taxi until tomorrow afternoon! So, based on the various other reviews out there on other companies, I would tell you that I was/​am very pleased with this intial contact with Aldergrove Taxi. Clearly, this company knows how to make a great impression through service to their customers. Give them a call!
