Great spot. I’ve taken a variety of pieces to get altered by this lovely lady and I’ve always left happy. $ 10 to hem a pair of dress slacks. I would definitely recommend her.

I am from Ontario but I did not have time to try my bridesmaid’s dress in time to have it altered. I had known I gained some weight but the dress was WAY TOO small for me to look wedding appropriate.
I emailed And Sew On 6 days before the wedding asking for last minute alterations (And several other locations) and Rajwinder wrote me back almost right away and told me to come in when I landed in B.C.
This place is down a little shop alley but the seamstress did a wonderful job, was very polite and helpful. She set a date and time and it was ready when I walked in and now I look great in the dress two days before the wedding!

In the spirit of early Unilocal,this is the kind of place that deserves to get Unilocaled. It is a great local business. The woman I dealt with was attentive, punctual, informed, and generally pleasant. The service delivered was as expected.

Cari from «And Sew On» altered my wedding dress for me. It was a size 12 and I needed it to be half the size at a 6. It was heavy, thick lace with a long train and I wanted it to be very fitted. She did an AMAZING job! The dress fit me like a glove and her prices are FABULOUS! My sister has also gone to her for a few dresses and she always does a great job. Often it’s hard to get a hold of them when you call but the end result is worth every missed call! I would highly recommend her for your wedding or grad dress alterations!

When I moved to BC I spent many years looking for a tailor. I tried several in Vancouver, Burnaby, even one in the States! I finally found my dream alterations person at «And Sew On». My hubby and I don’t even mind driving out to Langley because Michelle is that good.
Her prices are reasonable and she always gets our clothes to us in good time. My husband and I are very different body shapes and she has been able to fit our clothes beautifully so I reccomend her services for petite and plus sizes.
We have had a zipper put in a leather jacket, a suit jacket tailored, a dress with a crinoline net hemmed, jeans made into capri pants and other projects come back in a really pleasing way. That is why I feel good about putting forth this business for other’s to use.
