My first time here and the waitress has no personality or warmth. She also walks away while I’m still giving an order without saying anything. Seems like she doesn’t give a shit if I order food or not. We ordered the spicy pork, was tasty but too much fat, come on give us meat. They also wedged the door open and another table was near the door was cold, they tried to close the door but couldn’t. I eventually pulled the wedge out. Probably wont come back.

I came upon this place when I was in Langley and wanted some Korean food. The place is small, about 10 tables inside. It feels more like a mom and pop sort of place, if comporting to Jam Mo Jib in Vancouver. They had a combo menu which was pretty reasonable. I think it was about $ 10-$ 12 for a soup, rice and a grilled fish. They all tasted pretty yummy and for a lunch, I think that’s a pretty good price. In addition to traditional Korean menu, they also make Ramen which is more of a snack item.

I think next time I’ll come at lunchtime for the specials, just because the prices for lunch are so good. The food is pretty decent, and service is friendly. I appreciated that my take-out order came with 4 different types of kimchi. The side dishes are my favourite part!

First time there and order a beef rib soup dish. I can’t remember the korean name for it but it was really good on a crisp cold winter’s day. Their sides were very good. I had a seafood one, candied spicy cuttlefish and apples with mayo, kimchi and this leaf dish. The leaf one was a little too salty for my taste but my soup was really good. It’s authentic korean food and their lunch specials are worth it at 7.95. Close to my work place which is a huge bonus!
