The glass on one of our iPads was cracked and needed to be replaced. They replaced it within a few hours; the iPad looked brand new. We were so impressed with the quality of the repair that we brought in another one of our iPads with glass so badly damaged that we assumed that it was beyond repair and had bought a new iPad to replace it. Once again, the staff dazzled us with their ability to restore it so that it too looked brand new.
Even though we were VERY impressed with the quality of the repair and the speed with which they did so, it was their courteous, professional after-​service customer care that truly impressed us.
Often times a business’s true nature comes to light when their initial service is questioned and or their warranty is called into play. Once again, uBreakiFix-​Laval gets 5 stars here. The extensive damage to the glass-​very badly cracked and shattered– and the delicate nature of the repair affected the WiFi; it no longer worked to full capacity. When we brought it back, we were prepared for a lengthy discussion as to why they should repair it with no cost to us. We barely had time to utter a word before they assured us that they would rectify this problem ASAP. They honoured their 90 day warranty, but more importantly they made every effort to ensure that we were completely satisfied before we left the shop. The issue was resolved within the hour, no charge.
It was their advertised technical expertise that initially brought us to this business, but it is their first-​rate customer service that will keep us going back even though we are from out of town.
