L A Cabs

I used them three times over the holiday season and have nothing but great things to say about the overall experience. It was the same gentleman driving on all three occasions and I found him really delightful. Usually when the cab drivers in the city initiate conversation I find it really forced but I never experienced that issue here. He was polite, funny, and interesting which made every trip fly by like it was nothing.
The vehicle seemed a little older but was in great condition as well as very clean. I also appreciated that he was always honest about wait times and showed up right when he said he said he would when I initially talked to him on the phone. I was worried on my last day in Leduc as I needed the cab there promptly to take me to the Century Park LRT so I could get to work on time but he arrived that day well before the time he had initially quoted for me.
Should I find myself in need of a ride out in Leduc again I could see myself calling LA Cabs again with zero hesitation. They are a great business that cab companies in Edmonton could learn alot from.

Service, cleaniness, and timing are usually factors in defining a great cab ride from an ok one. I was in the area and took the cab to/​from the airport to my destination. I called in advance for the cab and it met me promptly at the rendezvous area at the arranged time. The driver was friendly and we chatted the whole time to my destination. She didn’t go the extra mile of coming out and opening my door but that wasn’t a major issue. I’m glad she didn’t come out of her cab doing her pants up like an experience I had in a northern Alberta city. Then the driver picked up my suitcase after. Time to dig out the bleach and wipe down luggage.
She also came back at the arranged time to pick me up and didn’t mind waiting the extra minutes as I was late. Another pleasant ride and chat. Great she keep her clothes on and I don’t mind the conversation.
