I hired on Dave on October 21, via email, based on a referral from my Real Estate agent. I was heading back to Vancouver and so wouldn’t be around for the inspection on the 24th, yet Dave was kind enough to work with my sister/​brother-​in-​law to be on-​site for the walkthrough.
That happened at 10 am and I had his report in my inbox by 2pm.
The price was great and the service fantastic.
