Led by Craig Hardy, our team of architects, designers and licenced carpenters have been renovating and building in London for more than 20 years. Craig is Vice Chair of the BBB board of directors and he works tirelessly to prove that construction, quality and integrity are all words his clients can confidently say together. Our long history, in innovation and leadership in green building to creative design is solid. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, custom homes. We have a 7000 woodshop and craft all of our own millwork.

Historique

Fondé en 1993.

Craig Hardy started under his own name in 1993, as a licenced carpenter, he started small with windows, doors, decks and smaller renovations, with time and skill and a vision he saw the need for a larger home renovation company in London that would hold quality and integrity as core values. Incorporated in 2001, and now with a staff of approx 20 people over 2 companies (Covenant Construction and our millwork shop Inspired woodworks (2011)), we have received many awards including the BBB Business of Integrity award. Active in the local homebuilder association. With on site Designers, Architectural technologists we have our Tarion Licence, our BCIN designations, we carry Liability and Errors and Omissions Insurance, all of our workers are covered by WSIB. We do both commerical and residential renovations.

Craig is a licenced carpenter and holds several green certification certificates. He has a passion for creating spaces for families and business that are both functional and beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is the visionary for the business. He values the construction trade and an sponsored more than 20 apprentices over the years, many of whom have gone on to open their own businesses. Customers comment on Craigs diligence and patience through their process. He is someone you can trust.
