We also have a variety of unique home décor items, greeting cards, books, and Canadian-​made gifts. Historique

Fondé en 1996.

We’ve been helping customers choose the perfect gift or create the perfect backyard habitat since 1996. Backed by her degree in Wildlife Biology and years of studying birds in the field, Emily White opened Featherfields with the idea of providing high-​quality birdseed and birdfeeding products. Along with our expert advice, many customers have now created important and enjoyable wildlife habitats on their properties. We’ve now evolved to carrying many unique gifts for the home but wildbirds, expert advice, and excellent, personal customer service remain our priorities.

Owner, Emily White earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology at the University of Guelph, then spent 12 years in the field studying birds and whales in Canada and the U.S. In 1996, she returned to her hometown of London, ON to open a specialty wildbird store called Featherfields. Her desire to provide high performance birdfeeding products, healthy, human-​grade birdseed and a unique gift selection for home and garden has set her apart as a successful, longterm small business owner.
