Cramped, uncomfortable and inferior work. First visit my nails were butchered and within a week they were chipping and breaking. Second visit she again cut my nails all the way back when told not to, threw my phone on the floor and my «manicure» looked like it was done by a child since the polish was on my cuticles and skin. Again breaking and chipping by day 4. Had to make an appointment to have them fix their work only to be told that between the day I called and the day of the appointment (the next day) that their ‘warranty’ expired and I would be charged for the service. After a big scene they waived the charge. For a simple manicure it took almost two hours, I was sat in front of the TV showing open heart surgery and again my nails were cut way too short and again breaking within 3 days. They tried to blame it on the nail polish I choose and that’s a load of crap since I’ve had the same polish from another salon and it lasts two weeks and my nails don’t break off. This place is a waste of money and time.
