This London-​based luxury Furniture Rental warehouse offers trendy and quality rentals for vacant property staging. Furniture is sourced through their local high-​end furniture store, Jennings Furniture & Design. Furniture rentals are made available to Stagers, Decorators, Realtors, and Home Owners who have vacant property that requires staging. Staging services are also provided upon request by their own team, as well as Staging Consultations to occupied homes owners. Staged properties by their own team include Lottery Dream Homes, builder models, business offices, and various vacant realtor-​based homes for sale, whether personal or flip homes. Many local stagers are supplied through this warehouse. They are the only quality high-​end furniture rental company west of Toronto!

Stage It With Jennings, located in London, ON is the newest affiliation of the renowned Jennings Furniture & Design in St. Thomas since 1885. As the furniture store outgrew its space, and the staging world evolved, the migration of the two was a perfect match. Inventory from the retail furniture store that needed to be moved found its new home in the warehouse of Stage It With Jennings to be rented to Stagers, Realtors, Decorators, or Home Owners with vacant property that needed to be staged for resell. Stage It handles all the logistics while supplying the demand.

Renée Carpenter purchased Jennings Furniture & Design in 2009 after having worked as a Designer for the previous owners three years prior. When the business opportunity was presented, Renée took on the challenge of refacing the business with a more trendy and upscale presence. The change was phenomenal, later resulting in the London expansion of a specialty niche. Renée’s years in construction and design, with a heavy sales and marketing background, has prepared her for the combination of both design and business in her own entrepreneurial business. As a mom and wife, Renée finds herself quite busy running two operations and maintaining a community involved role on committees and serving on various boards.
