Our team has over 45 years of real estate experience and three licensed Realtors. We have achieved the MLS Medallion Club which is the top 10% of 11,000 Realtors every year since 1992.

Historique

Fondé en 1991.

I started in real estate in the fall of 1991 and work extensively in the Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Langley and Tri– cities areas. From 1995 — 2002 I sat as a director obn the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and sat as President of the Board in 2001.

Since 1992 I have achieved Medallion Club status which is the top 10% of approximately 11,000 Realtors. I am now a Lifetime member having qualified over 20 years. This is an honour held by only approximately 125 Realtors on the Vancouver Board.

My wife Debi joined me in 2003 and we formed «The Pearce Team» and about 6 months later Michelle Larose also Joined our team. We have had an unlicensed assistance since the spring of 2004 and currently Stephanie who has been with us a little over a year.

We have helped 100’s of people move over the years and pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide as in our motto «Service with Integrity»
