Once in 2 weeks my buddies and I go for drinks and our first suggestion is Boston Pizza. I love this place! It’s nice and spacious and on top of that, it has a lot of parking space. There was this one waitress who was absolutely mean to us because the drink we wanted was«not in the menu» according to her. We proved her wrong. But not worth bringing a star down.

Nice and clean place for dinner. Friendly staff and good food. It was an amazing time spent with family.

I came here yesterday with my family and I can say that we just had an okay dinner, we ordered quite a lot of food. We ordered the potato chips and French fries for the appetizers, the chips were a bit too cooked for my liking, however the French fries were crispy and delicious. For the entrees we ordered one chicken Parmesan, one lasagna, one ravioli, one salad and finally spicy hot wings, everything was delicious except for the lasagna, we felt that it was lacking in sauce which caused the pasta to become too dry for liking. The good things that I’ve liked about the place are free refills and decent food and pretty good customer service, id come back for another try!

Just experienced the worst service in a restaurant 7 of us just waited 10 min at the door to be seated after nobody came we decided to leave and the people in the restaurant were wondering around trying to find someone to service them, you might want to hire some staff to service people just walked across to Casey’s got seated right away because they had staff

boneless wings — not bad, not the best. pizzaburger thingy — dont do it. clever creation but keep trying BP. burger meat was underseasoned(= not at all) & pizzzone type crust was too doughy. steak bites wrapped in bacon — hubby enjoyed. server sucked — kept forgetting to bring us stuff, never checked on us during the meal, after — kept asking us to repeat what we ordered in order to get our bills(split for 3 couples) — how about writing it down since we asked for split bills when we sat down? :/ we were staying nearby so it was convenient

Went last night, around 945pm to grab a quick dessert with my friends. Came out at 11, way too late considering we got 1 piece of cake. Hostess seating us was nice, service was horrible. Being in the service industry, doing things fast and with a smile is what brings customers back. Our waitress was neither. It took 10 mins to get a greeting, 10 mins to get a drink and ask for the dessert menu. Ordered the drink, and she never came back to ask what we were having for dessert. Had to flag her down, after 20 mins I wanted to just walk away. At the end of the evening, I didn’t even want to leave her a penny as a tip. I understand at the end of the night, everyone is tired, but even mediocre treatment I would have settled for… Last night was just uncanny.

You know what you’re getting from Boston Pizza. Typical low quality pub food that’s absolutely perfect under the right circumstances. What sets Milton’s Boston Pizza apart is their particularly poor delivery service. Seriously, even if you have to walk DOIT. Your food will arrive sooner and hotter. I’ve ordered 4 times(a sucker for punishment I know) and 3 out of the 4 times the delivery took over 70 minutes and arrived room temperature.

Just like every other Boston Pizza in every other city. The food is boring. The service is okay. I really would skip Boston Pizza given the choice. Having said that, I did have a great time here(good company makes a BIG different) as does free birthday ice cream! I ordered the stir fry, I make better stir fry at home… every single time. And I’m just an average cook. Really, this chain consistently disappointments me. The one stand out thing about this location was the hostess that escorted us to our table and gave us our menus had down syndrome. She was probably 16⁄17 years old and it warmed my heart a little to see.

The snow won’t stop me… And it didn’t stop the people who were at Boston Pizza tonight. This was my first time at Boston Pizza, so here are a first of my first-timer highlights. 1. Yam fries & the chipotle sauce… I gotta figure out what’s in that sauce. It’s awesome. 2. $ 9 «bundle» meals — appetizer, main course, and a side. It all comes out on one plate, but the portions are alright. They don’t go crazy with it, but I didn’t feel stiffed. 3. Extensive drinks menu… but I didn’t feel like drinking & then driving home in this«foreign» weather. I enjoyed a non-alcoholic«Strawberry Pucker» aka non-refillable strawberry lemonade. More strawberry… less lemonade. (3.5) There were a lot of Stella goblets back there. Must been a fave. haha. 4. Did I mention the chipotle sauce? Hot, sweet, and a little cheesy! The rest of the menu looked really affordable. Good for post-work drinks, family/group dinners, or you can order to-go/deliver. It’s close to shopping, the freeway, and a movie theatre. Über-convenient. Quick service, too. Thank you! Gotta get home to watch the Olympics! =)
