A spendy place in the middle of nowhere, by at the same time it’s the only upscale dining nearby. I needed to pick up a bite for an associate and myself so I stopped in since it was nearby.
The lunch menu is fairly weak if you are looking to stay under $ 20 for lunch. I chose a chicken panini and a meatball panini, for $ 16 and $ 15. It was really just a sandwich with a side salad. I expected as a panini, it would have been grilled in a panini press for that crispy, slim outcome.
We split our meals so I was able to sample both the chicken and meatball. The meatball was tender and moist, but too subtle in flavour-just a texture. The chicken was fine, tender, moist, but overall these make for sandwiches that are much better at most Italian restaurants.
Forget take out: if you are going to eat here, come in, sit down and at least get the service and ambiance.

A delightful addition to country dining in Campbellville (near Milton just off Highway 401 — Guelph Line exit). Courteous service, reasonably priced wine and excellent range of dishes to choose from. My Gnocchi Gorgonzola probably the best ever… my companions Linguine Pescatore and Atlantic Lobster Pappardelle were well received. Pizza for the kids looked good with choice of toppings. It took about 45 minutes for our dishes to arrive but the kitchen had just opened so will see what happens on a future visit. Will try non-pasta dishes next time. Opened about a year ago, discovered it by chance and it seems to be now be No. 1 in the immediate region by all accounts. Main course menu prices are higher than one might anticipate but the food quality compensates for paying close to Oakville or Toronto prices.
