Our facility includes several modern offices available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, specifically designed for agile working professionals that don’t need a full-​time office. The facility also has ample dedicated professional event space for classes, workshops, and seminars, as well as private space for meeting and conference rooms.

Fondé en 1981.

267Matheson is a division of DMI. Founded in 1981, DMI has been in the commercial and residential property development and management business for 30+ years, with operations spread across the Greater Toronto Area. Throughout our growth, we have been able to preserve our family atmosphere and dedication to supreme customer service. Our tenants become our extended family, and as family members, we work as hard as we can to help their businesses thrive. This is our differentiator, and the source of our and our tenant’s success. Our point of pride is that the majority of our tenants have remained with us for multiple years; some even approaching 15+ years with us. This tells us that we are doing something right, and we are proud that our tenants value our service.
