2 words: Fantastic Service. I am a customer and I can say that MSN Wireless has treated me with utmost respect and they really care about customers. They even have an area where non-perishable food items can be donated for the less fortunate. I have yet to see that established at many other businesses. I have been with them for quite some time and have seen a high degree of customer service. As for the previous comment, in order to receive a service fees must be paid. Regardless of where you go you will have to pay for what you use. Your phone was most probably shut off due to lack of payment, which is a given. Perhaps you went outside the scope of your plan limits? Try staying within the limit of your plan and you shouldn’t be charged more. other providers work the same way. You should know what your plan includes… and use it as such.
