Very decent product selection, pretty good customer service, and decent prices.
I’ve been to this store about 5 times now, and while it’s typically very difficult for me to find shoes that I find comfortable, this venue always has at least one pair that I’ve left with.
Customer service is generally hit & miss there, but I’ve returned to this store since I always tend to find shoes that aren’t killing my feet and that look (at least half) decent on me, which I tend to have a ton of troubles finding anywhere else.
Unfortunately the shoe I’ve found most comfortable that I’ve been getting since I started coming to this store was in the clearance section which I’m assuming means it’s been discontinues. I’m pretty sure I found another shoe for about the same price that I like even better, so I got the 2 pairs of the clearance one that they had left today, and once they’re worn out, I’ll be sure to be back to find another (near) perfect fit :-D

After reading all the good reviews I decided to give this place a try and headed over there to look for some runners for my kids. They did have a huge section and selection but they only had the brand name kitsch stuff (Nike, Puma, Sketcher), none of the healthier options like Geox, Ecco, Saucony, Stride Ride. They did have Birkenstock but I needed runners. It looked like they had some good stuff for adults but for kids shoes I don’t think I will be coming back. Their winter boot selection seemed to be a bit better.

Let’s put it this way: when you walk into Factory Shoe you will feel like you are being acconpanied by a shoe/foot doctor in every section of that store. Staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring and they will come up to you and ask you if you need help and will take their time. Prices are pretty competitive here for just about any style of shoe you choose; if you want it, they have it!

Really helpful staff — the selection of shoes is fantastic and the prices are very competitive. If you have any health-related problems, the staff there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My wife has been suffering with low back problems as well as calf pain since she gave birth to our 2yr old. The girl (Ask for Crystal!) who helped my wife pick and choose a pair was EXTREMELY knowledgeable — I was actually surprised at the level of knowledge she had. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
