EDITING: it has been 3 days since my wax and I’ve now developed tiny white heads all over my vag and a few on my arm! Very disappointed I have never had this happen to me before !! I got this to look great in a bikini on a trip. Usually the redness last a couple days and then it’s perfect down there. I googled online and people say it’s from a communal pot (germs) and low quality wax. They also say they should be gone in a few days. I guess I will see. I exfoliated before my wax so I know it’s not my fault this happened !!!

I just got a full body wax and eyebrow threading from bobby (I’m spelling the way it’s pronounced – also, yes Bobby is a woman). It cost me $ 84, I tipped $ 16 (totally $ 100) and it took just about an hour. I got the full legs, full arms, and underarm package ($ 35), eyebrows ($ 4), and Brazilian ($ 45). But full body package is 79.99 so I’m guessing I was just charged that because Brazilians start out at $ 30. I asked to have my backside down as well (between the butt cheeks!) which was an additional charge. Kind Of unfortunate considering its always been part of the Brazilian wax procedure everywhere else I’ve gone.
I was a little apprehensive because I’ve had bad experiences at new salons before but this place was great. I’m super white (therefore am red like a lobster after waxing), have really sensitive skin (will swell, bruise, and bleed from waxing) therefore, I typically find Brazilians unbearable. However, Bobby did an excellent job and did it by sections to limit the pain. She’d wax a section for my Brazilian and then do my calf, wax the next section on my Brazilian and then do my thigh and so on. Constantly telling me «I’m ok». Surprisingly very comforting ! We engaged in conversation the entire time which allowed me to feel very comfortable considering I was spread eagle infront of a stranger! Some bleeding, redness (of course) but no bruising.
Advice for first timers getting your legs waxed. If you’re pale & have light hair Make sure you feel your legs and ensure they are smooth. You can’t visually see any stray hairs but you can feel them. Ask the technician to feel them without gloves on/​go over them with wax twice to ensure all strays are removed.
I’m giving a 5 star because of how great Bobby was! I found it a tad bit overpriced (additional charge for waxing between the cheeks) but it wasn’t outrageously expensive for a full body! I will definitely be returning to Bobby! Not to say the other girls are not as talented but I haven’t been to them so I’ll just stick to/​recommend the person I know will do a great job!

Cheap, no frills service. They do an excellent job at eyebrows but I would definitely not go to them for any other sort of service. Their customer service is greatly lacking – some of the women there are quite rude.

I will never be going back to this salon ever!
I went one or two times for eyebrow threading and was quite impressed with the job they did and the low price. Other than that, their services were unsatisfactory. I went to get my legs waxed and the girl did a rushed job and missed some spots of hair. She was also very aggressive with putting the wax on and didn’t really clean or moisturize my skin after. I also got my nail polish changed on my toes, and was charged double the price of other nail places. Apparently, if you want your nails cut and filed when you get a polish change, they see that as «half» a pedicure and charge you the price of half a pedicure. I had called beforehand to find out the pricing and whatnot, and the lady on the phone told me a lower price than I was charged. When I went to pay and was surprised at the amount, I explained what I was told and instead of compromising with me, I was charged the full amount.
I have never been more disappointed by a salon and their lack of customer service. Most of their prices are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Would never go here for hair. worst hair stylists. A woman who said she was the owner did the worst job on a blow dry, and the wash was dunking my head in a sink and putting shampoo on a few strands and soaking my shoulders and face… unprofessional.
Anyways, I deserve that because I should have known better.
These women get a 4 star for eyebrow threading though. Good job Kamal. Do not take the risk with anyone else.
