Global Graphics

A few years ago when the Apple Store was not able to fix my iMac, as it was a slightly older model, I found Global Graphics on the Apple website as an authorised Apple repair.
Ian was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. Since my first visit, I’ve been to him a few times and price-​wise, costs will vary. Sometimes, it’s an affordable fix (~$ 60 for a new fan), other times, it is more costly due to parts/​time (transferring files to hard-​drive was ~$ 100). Regardless of price, he is very professional and gets the repair done in a timely manner!
As an authorised Apple dealer, Ian has to requalify every so often by writing various exams when there is a new protocol. I was there and he told me about the strict procedure.
What I will say is that you can trust him 100% with your computer/​laptop/​other Apple product. You have to be very careful as to who services your machine because I have heard horror stories about unreputable places stealing expensive parts off your computer and you wouldn’t even know it! So please don’t just bring your computer anywhere to get it fixed by anyone.
