This is the kind of energy that surrounds us…
Myla joined i2i in 2011 as COO. She streamlined process as we quickly moved from a small to medium business. Her energy and positive outlook in life is contagious. Her life experience has given her a different take on life. You see, she suffered a stroke at the age of 23 (re-learning to sit, walk, live with half her body paralyzed), she understands that this second chance is to treat others the way she would like to be treated. This translates in the glowing unsolicited customer service comments we receive daily. She insists on working with customers directly to make sure you are left with a smile. It is almost hard to believe the smiling voice behind that phone or e-mail is someone who had to learn to live with left hemiplegia (paralyzed on left side of body). Mind you if you meet her, that is the last thing you see, she is now a competitive downhill skier, a trainer, a mother and our voice.
