Since 1959, Malicki Sanchez Law has served the English, Polish, and Spanish speaking communities in the Municipality of Peel in Greater Toronto Area and across the province of Ontario. Marek Malicki has practiced as a full time partner and sole practitioner in Malicki Sanchez Law Firm. He carries on a general solicitor’s practice as well as trial work and presides as a Deputy Small Claims Court Judge in the Central West Region in Ontario.

Marek S. Malicki has practiced as a lawyer since 1973. The success of the practice and its reputation are built on his practical legal advice, intuitive and caring client service. Since 1989 Mr. Malicki has served as a deputy Small Claims Court judge in Central West Region in Ontario.

Clients have sought Mr. Malicki to represent them in a broad range of complex legal matters. He has done so, meeting most challenges and surpassing expectations. However, to better serve his growing clientele — mostly comprised by word of mouth referrals from satisfied clients — he has narrowed the scope of his services to specific Areas of Practice where he applies his expertise acquired through more than three decades of successfully representing a large and varied clientele.

The fact that Mr. Malicki is fluent in English, Polish and Spanish facilitates communication and clients’ understanding of the intricacies of the Law.
