If you like to price match do not bother coming to this No Frills. I have been turned down three times so far while attempting to price match for stores that are not that far away.

This no frills is not bad, it has enough of what I need. Cheap prices, good selection, and ability to price match. The store itself is fairly clean but requires more lighting(it’s pretty depressing shopping here). The best feature of shopping at no frills are their 30% off older meat selection. I normally cook these things as I get home, so extra savings are great. If you are on a tight budget stock up on these older meat!!! You will save a lot over the year. The chips and snacks are a treat as well. The no name brands are delicious ad extra salty! Just the way I like it. The flavors are a little unique but good as well. Overall, I don’t mind shopping here. But the environment is so dull that I often decide to go to superstore since the lighting is great which makes my mood spending money on grocery a little but more tolerable. But I will definitely be back for their meats and chips. They are great deals that can’t be beat! Go no frills!!!

This is my favorite No Frills location to visit. It is always fairly clean, with pretty quick cashiers and a good stock of food. I have found that some No Frills tend to have very depleted stock but not the case here. They also have a pretty awesome 50% off shelf with products that are dented, not expired but aren’t selling well or are being discontinued, for crazy cheap prices! I have found many gems on this shelf(like bandaid brand band aids for $ 1.00 — the cool water proof ones, and an intuition razor pack). I know this is all No frills but I really like their 25% bigger packages of meat for a good price. We go through quite a bit so always nice to get a good price. My only real qualm is the fact that they recently implemented a rule where you can only price match 4 items. To me, you may as well visit another store with no limit if this is the case. Isn’t the whole point of price matching to create competition between the stores? Hopefully they realize that rule won’t get them anywhere before too many people choose another store.

Typically when I go to a no Frills I always found it extremely ghetto, even if it’s on Avenue Road, but I think it could be because everything is Yellow. But I love no frills because the produce is always so fresh! This one is no exception. It’s inside a small strip mall. The place is quite big and high ceilings and spacious. It didn’t feel caulstraphobic, nor was it too big I had to walk far. Everything was CLEAN, and I felt comfortable. I went to go look for some green veggies, and they had everything, Kale, Swiss Chard, Collard Greens, etc etc, everything I usually look for but cannot find in regular stores. And it was nicely presented and neat. I was also looking for chocolate melting fondue, which I couldn’t find. And I asked one of the boys who didn’t know what fondue was. But he told me to look at an aisle number, then tracked me down later to try another aisle number. I never found it, but I appreciated the gesture. The cashier was quick as well, processing two transcations at a time when she could. I was pleased, If only it wasn’t out of the way on the way home from work.
