This is definitely one of the busier Home Depot locations that I’ve been to. The selection is good but sometimes popular aisles can seem empty and picked out.
I wouldn’t really recommend coming here on weekends as they can be really busy and finding someone to help you could prove to be a challenge.
Just like any other place service can vary based upon who you’re helped by; sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not, generally speaking I’ve had a good experience whenever I go in. They also price match with their competitors to ensure they always get your business (Price match plus 10% off).
Parking is never an issue even on its busiest day due to the HUGE lot on the property, you may have to walk, but you’ll get a spot.

This store is A-OK.
Did you know this location closed out the Rona across the street? It’s because most employees know what they’re doing and sell crap. Their busiest times are during 10AM to 2PM — this is probably when they’ll find the store well staffed but busy.
Their clearance prices are sometimes a joke but it’s not usually up to the store to decide. Clearance prices also very by store.
This is the only place my family purchases their paint since Behr exclusively sells at HD. The paint staff is awesome and truly know about the products! Paint is usually on sale before a long weekend to encourage weekend projects. I would plan ahead since stores will be extremely busy.
HD has a price beat policy, so if it’s the same item they will beat the price by 10%.
The return and exchange policy is also lenient.

Ok Just another big giant store but…
Staff — is knowledgeable, helpful and Friendly. They will walk you through the mini projects you tend to take on at home.
Variety — Better than Rona and Canadian tire close by on many items, even against their other stores in the area.
Out of Stock — If they are out of stock, the employee do check other stores for you and let you know where to get the item.
Projects — The employees will walk you through the mini projects you tend to take on at home.
Parking — they have a huge parking
Greenhouse — there plant and flower selection is pretty decent as well.

Typical big box store.
Good selection of home reno and DIY fix it stuff.
Friendly staff (if you can find them…) that take the time to advise you.
I will be back because I am a home owner and always have things to fix, replace and buy…
