Scott, himself, started a job and had a little bit left to do the next day. He promised to come back in the morning. I paid him in full, but he never returned.
He didn’t return any of my phone messages either. I guess when you know you’re a liar and a thief, you don’t feel the need to be professional.
It goes without saying, I hope, that I would never recommend this person.
