Fiesta Creative Catering specializes in crafting beautiful, one-​of-​a-​kind meals for special events all across the lower mainland. All of our recipes have been lovingly tested on our family and friends and we cant wait to share them with you.

At fiesta there are no sales people, only committed staff who genuinely want to help make your event a success. We are passionate about creating exciting meals for every event we’re invited to, and we look forward to sharing our love of food with you and your guests

As owner and Executive Chef Raul Barreto has taken Fiesta beyond its origin of small business catering and into the realm of much talked about cuisine. With training in Debrulle Culinary Institute, years of working the Vancouver dining scene and mentorship under Canada’s Iron Chef Champion (the prestiged Rob Feenie) Raul is no stranger to the acquired West Coast palate.

Teaming up with Sous Chef Alex Apanasovs (wingman extraordinaire) the kitchen staff’s daily goal is to take Fiesta to the next level.

Overseeing the front of house operations is Sarah Barreto. With a background in Hospitality Management, Sarah provides you with a «blank canvas» in which to paint your vision. She aids in planning the event and guides you in the correct direction to achieve your dream. Sarah’s friendly approach and attention to detail are second to none.
