Hotel masificado. Es enorme. Hay colas para todo. Para el desayuno, que no merece la pena en absoluto, se recomienda de 7 – 8!!! Porque a las 9 hay colas enormes y esperas de 45 – 60 min
Cogimos una habitación con vistas a la cascada y cuando llegamos tuvimos que pagar más porque la vista era «parcial». Es el peor hotel que he estado. La atención es pésima, los servicios malísimos, las habitaciones viejísimas!!! Acababa estar en el Embassy Suite de Buffalo y es una maravilla comparado con este!!!

We just had a wonderful evening at the embassy suites! We bought one of their great promotions which was already a great deal. The offered us and upgrade to a presidential suit for about $ 40, which we took. And oh my god the room was gorgeous! Fabulous views all around, a fire place, jacuzzi tub! We didn’t want to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the linens were fresh and crisp like new. We enjoyed all the little perks too, the complimentary drinks, buffet breakfast, dinner at the Keg… We will definitely be back. The hotel is having renovation at the moment and its looking really great.

My family & I stayed here for 3 nights in late August. I made sure book the falls view room because after traveling for seven hours in the car I wanted to see the falls from my room. We were on the 12^th floor and the views were amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was included in the restaurant located in the hotel. I like how all the rooms are suites and that there is a separate sitting area to watch TV. The elevators in this hotel are extremely slow as I believe there is only one set of elevators. We used the valet the first night we arrived to park the car. It is pricy. The second and third night we used the parking at the casino hotel a few doors down. It was ridiculously cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay.

The hotel has an amazing location and the property is good overall. Obviously it is packed with people wanting to enjoy the falls and both times I’ve stayed there it was crazy busy.
Full disclosure, I’m a Diamond Hilton member, so our basic «Fallsview» room was upgraded to a suite on a high floor. While the décor was fine, the view of the US and Canadian Falls was breathtaking! We probably spent close to an hour during our stay just looking out the windows.
Three problems with the property (one is just unacceptable):
The line for the complimentary, made to order, breakfast was over an hour long. There is no way to make reservations or eliminate the line… the long line was only made up of the people that chose to wait in it… my guess is half the people that saw it (like us) chose to find someplace else to eat. The hotel should address this with a combination of a LOT more tables and servers and some type of reservation process.
Next problem, the elevators. The have 5, but probably need 10. Waiting 20 minutes for an elevator 2 – 3 times a day is just silly. Not sure how to resolve the issue, but It was bad enough that I won’t stay there again.
The issue for me that was unacceptable was the staff. Most were fine, but there was certainly no attempt to provide a high level of customer service anywhere. The only actual positive experience I had was with the valet (and my suspicion is they may not be employees of the hotel). On two occasions I had below average service at the concierge desk… the one place you expect amazing service, that is there job! Andrea, at the concierge desk, was dismissive, difficult and downright rude. When I started to discuss the level of service she should attempt to provide she rudely and repeatedly said «Have a nice day, sir» in a completely dismissive manner. Very disappointing!
The good news is there are plenty of other hotels to stay at… which would be my suggestion for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

I’m so disappointed with this experience! I’ve waited years to see Niagara Falls and this overnight stay was a nightmare.
I booked a room online and was charged 2x for a suite, after they adjusted that, I was given a «better» suite for the Inconvenience. The view itself was beautiful, but around 2:00am I woke up freezing, only to find that the window was broken and could not be shut due to a broken handle. Instead of calling the front desk, packing and having them move us to a new room at 2 in the morning, I decided to speak with management in the morning, confident they would be embarrassed over the situation.
Once we got to the front desk to speak to a manager, we quickly realized that the manager in charge, Bryce, was not going to make our experience any better. He was rude and condescending. Telling us all the things we could’ve done … Instead of telling us what he could do. I find it ridiculous that a customer who is paying $ 300 a night would have to sleep in a room on the 18^th floor with a broken window and temperatures below freezing! It’s even more outrageous that a hotel manager would not apologize or look to make your experience better! Let’s just say if you are use to Nordstrom customer service… This is DMV. Thank you Embassy for ruining a bucket list dream.

I got there, & they said they downgraded us. Compensation? Free parking & a $ 30 voucher limited to 4 restaurants. When parking is ONLY valet, I was a bit upset. I picked the room for its great views. I’m guessing they gave it away to someone more important… Breakfast line can be an hr +. And there was this family that cut everyone and nothing was done… Yeah great hotel, huh?

We arrived at around 6 pm and guest check in line was not crowded at all. We were originally assigned to a suite on the 29^th floor where the room is fully upgraded, but the view was too far to the right. Therefore, you only get to see the end of the Canadian falls. Since we are Hilton gold members, we had the option of upgrading to the premium view, which we did. The premium view from the 31^st floor was amazing! You get to see both falls with no obstruction. The only downside is that the room has not been renovated. But that’s ok. We are here for the falls view, not room view
Side note — since the hotel is under construction, everyone gets free breakfast!

Awesome view from room but you will be paying through the nose for everything.
Parking is valet only!
Cheapest is $ 25/​day where your car is off site in an uncovered parking lot. Slight inconvenience where you’d need to wait for your car
Second option is $ 35/​day: parking in the hotel.
WiFi: there is a charge but free for Hilton Honors members.
There is a charge for bottled water.
Breakfast is included but the quality is poor. Cereal, fruit, omelette, scrambled egg, sausage. OJ from concentrate.
One coupon for a free drink from 4 – 7 pm. Snacks are potato chips, pretzel peanut mix, pickles, baby carrots and ranch dip.
Rooms are small but quiet due to the sitting area acting as buffer from the outside.
Bathroom is small. No bath, just shower. But there is a coffee machine, microwave, bar fridge and safe deposit box.
All in all this is a comfortable hotel.

Great hotel for the Un Compromised view and proximity to the falls.
Request a falls-​side view, high up. It’s worth every cent, and you won’t regret it.
The rooms it self are not bad, but could use an upgrade to modern taste… but still aren’t bad.
The property is awesome. It’s very nice from the main drive-​the hotel lobby is busy and has a lot going on once you check in.
The Keg bar in the lobby is just ok. Nothing that stands out and says «this is a great lounge area». It’s to stiff, and uninviting.
Suggestion: Ditch all of the table tops and go for Sheeky lounge areas and it would feel more upscale– and loungy.
It’s a good place for the money and will be back for the Room with a View.

Bottom line this hotel would have gotten a ¹⁄₅ if it weren’t for the spectacular views of Niagara Falls.
Service (¹⁄₅) — we arrived at the hotel, and they had somehow «lost our reservation.» We had booked two nights of the premium rate (which had views of the falls) and because they had «lost» the reservation, the only rooms they had left were city views. On top of that, they STILL wanted to charge us for the premium rate!
We were able to get a premium room for our second night there, and at about 10:00am we called down to the front desk and they said they would send our new room key up to the room. 10:20am we called down again and they ensured that someone was on their way. 10:40 we finally ended up walking down to the front desk ourselves. Ridiculous! They said that whoever went up went to the wrong room and then just came down without doing anything.
Breakfast (²⁄₅) they’ve got your typical hot breakfast buffet with potatoes, ham, pancakes, and eggs. Nothing special really. The line to get into the breakfast room was insane (a half hour wait at 8:45am!) Overall, the hotel seemed to just be very inefficient.
Premium room (⁵⁄₅) EXCELLENT VIEWS. Room didn’t even matter with views like that!

This is a great hotel for the first time visitor to Niagara Falls the Canadian side. The view is fantastic from your room. The free breakfast and complimentary drinks are so so. We only use them the first night the other times we just ate out. The only down side was the TIF tax they add on. They don’t tell you that you don’t have to pay eat. You have to ask them to remove it. Shame on you Canada.

The hotel was very nice, a little pricey even through Expedia. I’m sure they have a scrambler to block your data and wifi, ours work when we went off of the hotel premises. They do let you use it for free in the lobby, in the rooms $ 10 per device, per day. There’s no free parking either $ 25 or $ 35 a night. Valet failed to tell us the per night thing. You pay for proximity and it was a very clean suite. If you are a spare of the moment getaway type go off of the beaten path and save your money to spend on attractions …

I really love this hotel! It’s huge, more than 40 floors, an arcade a bar, a Keg Steakhouse, Starbucks, etc. You can’t get bored easily!
The service is great! Free breakfast buffet in the morning with snacks and beverages in the evening.
I had problems with my access card while opening my room door, but that was quickly fixed. The view from our room from the 37^th floor was breathtaking!
Would definitely recommend this!

I stayed in a suite with premium view and would say it was definitely worth it.
The room is in ok condition but I think the embassy suite has the best view and location.
Falls are within minutes and casino is right next door.
Only thing I had problem was long wait in elevators but I can understand that as it was busy weekend.
Complimentary breakfast at the Keg is good and surprisingly doesn’t require a long wait.
If you want to have nice view of both falls in your room, I recommend suite with premium view. You will not be disappointed.

Hats off to the staff. They go over and beyond for you. Upgrade to a suite the view is amazing.

View wise, these rooms probably gets you the best fall view, staff at the front desk was friendly to deal with and service calls were answered quickly
Upon arrival the scene at the front loading area were just chaotic, their valets were trying to hustle folks who obviously didn’t want their service ($ 35 I think, plus tip) money aside I just don’t trust them and I overheard people complaining for long waits for picking up their car, do yourself a favor park anywhere but here with their valets (the casino, skylon, anywhere 5 – 15 overnight parking are available)
The room comes with most of the basic stuff, a clock with lightening port for your iPhone, usb slot on the said clock, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen sink and vanity table with sink and a 3^rd sink by the whirlpool, the bed were nice and firm and I didn’t really use the sofa or living room but will come in handy if you have a larger family, overall a decent room and THE VIEW
The parking is really irritating, but we sort of knew before coming in, so plan ahead if you don’t like waiting for you car.
Dinner at the keg was good, it’s a tourist spot so loud customers but friendly staff, reasonably priced considering the view

Ever since Holiday Inn Express began to hike their prices from the $ 89 range to the over $ 150 range, we have switched our preferred hotel chain to Embassy Suites. Although Embassy Suites is not as cheap per night as I would like, their pricing reigns supreme in comparison to many downtown hotel locations, have the largest free breakfast buffets of any chain that I’ve ever seen and allow us to have a separate bedroom & TV when traveling with our children. Those three items alone are enough to gain our loyaty, but another great benefit is many of the facilities are modern and stylish with indoor pools for added fun.
Though my favorite Embassy Suites are the Downtown Atlanta and Washington DC Convention Center locations, this one is the first we’ve ever stayed with a view this spectacular and a room this nice. The hotel is still under renovation, but when we arrived 3 hours early, the only room available for immediate check-​in was a newly renovated suite with views of both the American Falls and Canadian Falls. It cost an additional $ 25 per night, so we asked if we could go view it first (I’m a bit of a tightwad you see).
THE ROOMS
I can only say that we were sold on the room the moment we entered. Unlike most Embassy Suites, attached to the living room was a bed alcove with two full-​sized beds. As our older son enters his teen years, he has began to complain about sharing a hotel bed with his younger brother. His brother still thinks farting under the covers is fun! So to allow them to have separate beds was worth the extra money.
But then we discovered there were two separate and very attractive bathrooms with night lights built into the mirrors. Now that might not be exciting to some people, but my wife brings plug-​in nightlights whenever we travel. She HATES total darkness, especially if she needs a night time potty break, so discovering this built in feature practically gave her an orgasm. She loves the little details people, what can I say :-)
This suite was more than we could have ever expected and didn’t think it could get any better until we saw the view from our room (35^th floor)!! It was an OH MY GOD moment for the entire family and my two little seedlings actually tried to negotiate to have the room with the view to themselves. The master suite was HUGE, included two queen-​sized beds, a desk, sofa and still enough floor space to dance around. Also, the windows open allowing the soothing sounds of the falls to put us to sleep every night. Truly the best hotel room we’ve ever experienced.
BREAKFAST
There is a great restaurant on the 9^th floor called The Keg that overlooks the falls and Starbuck’s on the main floor. The pool area was great for families and the workout room was very nice. The ONLY drawback to this hotel is the free breakfast is not as good as other locations. The hash brown potatoes were terrible every morning and I didn’t like how they prepare the omelets. They didn’t sauté the veggies and the cook time is so short that the shredded cheese was usually unmelted each day. We stayed 4 days and stopped eating their breakfast after the second day. One of my main reasons to stay here is the savings we have on breakfast (usually about $ 25 a day), so it killed me to eat elsewhere.
FINAL THOUGHTS
The lobby was stylish and certain floors have these really cool & colorful glass light fixtures in the elevator foyers. Valet is only partial. Whenever you arrive back at the hotel they will take your car to an offsite facility. However, you have to use a shuttle service to retrieve it yourself, which wasn’t bad as long as it wasn’t raining. Overall I would say this is about thee best hotel to book your accommodations if you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls. We would definitely come here again and again and again. Front desk staff is super professional and concierge very useful in helping plan your sightseeing activities.
Oh, and did I mention the beds were soooo comfortable and we slept soooo well that we got a late start every morning? This is highly unusual for our family whom never find hotel beds as comfortable as our own. But I would have happily and enthusiastically taken these mattresses with us if I could have strapped them to the top of our car unnoticed. We LOVE this Embassy Suites sooo much!!! Be sure to ask for a renovated room and you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here from a Monday to Friday. The rate we paid was $ 235. Good price. For s full falls view booked in advance. The taxes and fee on TOP of that we’re about $ 50! Per day!
The location was good due to the view and the cable car was close. The hotel next door had a walk way. VERY nice and much safer. We had to cross two streets to get to the same spot? That sucked.
The hotel was not well organized at all. The first room we were given was under construction. Heck, the whole floor was. Not touch up painting. Construction! Oops. The second room was good but the halls were all being painted and you could hear the drills etc from upstairs. Try having two little kids and wet paint. During the 5 days I had to have my key recoded 8 times. Every Time I had to go down and get the key fixed someone (client) was at the desk complaining about major issues. WOW. This was a PITA but more so because the wait for the elevators was brutal!!! Could take 10 – 20 mins. They gave everyone brutally slow WIFI for being a construction site. OH THANKS.
The food was fair. You got a «free» paper to read. That was nice.
The parking was highway robbery and I saw people wait huge amounts of time to get this cars. So we parked at the Casino down the street. ONLY $ 5 for as long as you wanted vs. $ 35 per day! That is a $ 170.00 savings for a week.
Everyone but the bar tender and concierge was very nice and helpful. I am sure it sucks to work in a dump when your guest assumed it would be nice. Valet, maid, waitress/​hostess in buffet, and desk personnel.
My wife asked the concierge to help book my sons birthday dinner reservations. He pointed to the phone and said call them yourself. Ah ok? bartender just simply didn’t give a sh.
Niagara Falls was very nice. The Hotel was not.

I have stayed in many hotels for work and leisure and I was very impressed by Embassy Suites in Niagara. Besides the staff being consistently courteous and pleasant (and not in a phony way), the rooms and amenities were very nice as well.
And then there’s the view. There are two levels of falls view, the regular and premium. The regular provides you a really nice view of Horseshoe Falls and the premium includes a view of the American Falls. Either way, do one of the two… and crack your window so you can fall asleep to the noise of the falls!
Sure, there are a couple things that could be improved (elevators, complimentary Wi-​Fi), but in all honesty, I really didn’t mind either because everything else was great!
I was very happy at all levels and will not hesitate to stay here again when we return.

The Embassy Suites Niagara is not your typical Embassy Suites. My experience with the brand to this point had been very solid. However, this location is lacking in service and basic amenities compared to their locations in other areas. The renovations happening at the hotel right now are definitely impacting their ability to deliver good service.
POSITIVES
The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a double suite with a falls view and jacuzzi and it really was a great room. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel itself is very close to the falls and a nearby casino.
Lots of packages available when booking. We got free wine tasting tickets, arcade play, laser tag, mini golf, complimentary breakfast and free wifi with the package we booked.
The pool/​jacuzzi area is nice and clean. No falls view though which seems like a waste considering the location.
NEGATIVES
The décor in the rooms (even the jacuzzi suites) is very outdated. Old fashioned wallpaper, blonde wood furniture, all very country home living compared to the modern décor in the front lobby.
Insane surcharges. We called a local number from the room to order pizza and that was $ 2. Wifi is normally $ 10 per day/​device. We got parking comped for a day and they still tried to charge us for it. Ugh.
We had multiple issues with room keys. 15 minutes after we checked in and got settled in our room a couple of women were able to unlock our door and enter the suite. They went back to the front to get a new room– and we had to follow because our room keys had been deactivated in the time we had been in our room. The next day we left for the morning, came back and found our room keys had been deactivated again. Considering the slowness of the elevators and the fact that we were on the 31^st floor this was a huge pain. The front desk manager comped us a day of parking to make up for it but only after we had to remind them that we were the same folks who had other people stroll into their suite the day before.
Parking is insane. Valet is $ 35, «off site» parking with shuttle is $ 25. Park at the casino next door, sign up for a players card and park for free if you gamble even a little.
The folks working at the concierge desk are not your friends. They are rude, condescending and will try to shuffle you between desks to shorten their own lines. They know the town is a tourist trap and they’re not interested in helping you find any «hidden gems» or unique experiences in the area. The will try and sell you on their own branded VIP tour that is outrageously priced, especially during the off season when the boat rides to the falls aren’t taking place.

It was SO crowded when we went. It’s quite pricey, but the rooms are clean. The view from our room was great.
Valet parking is $ 35. You could park for $ 5 at fallsview casino (or for free with a PAC card, which is a free rewards card that you get at the casino, then gamble any amount to get free parking, then just head out and insert the PAC card at the exit booth, not at the machines by the elevators), however you’d have to walk over to embassy (about 3 minutes).
It’s about $ 9 or $ 10 extra for WiFi (how come there’s no complimentary WiFi? It’s bs)
$ 25 extra for check out at 2:30pm.
