Historique

Fondé en 1991.

Bruce, the owner of A1 Unity has been a car lover from a very early age. His philosophy is simple, give people great service at a great price and they will be life long customers.

A1 Unity Auto Service started with one location in the heart of downtown in 1991, since that time the second location has been opened in North Vancouver.

Bruce continues to work hard at establishing his business and still maintaining his strong work ethic along with great staff, including Auto Body Men, Mechanics and great office staff.

Came here when they were at the Howe street location for belt, mount and check, tire rotation and some other work done. Customer service was neutral, not friendly but not rude either. Super $$$ compared to other shops, however, came here on recommendation. Turn around time was respectable.

AWFUL!
The service and attitude is awful.
First they receive you very nicely, they gave me a cheaper offer to fix my car (believe me! It is not worth it). Then when I went to pick up my car, I noticed they painted on uneven surfaces and some panels were not fixed properly, I could see the bents in the light, as I discussed this with the owner, he raised his voice that I should appreciate him as he did a lot of repairs on my car and that he has no time to discuss this and he wants his money. When I refused he raged and started raising his voice. I ended up paying extra money to another auto shop to fix the imperfections, some bents in two panels and some deep scratches that were painted on without repair. Get your car to another auto shop because you will certainly end up spending much more later.
