Dealt with AllWest Vancouver (5 stars!) and now came to the North Vancouver location. Tons and Tons of ample parking! A real BONUS in today’s Vancouver! Nice and large office with great staff and multiple stations. No waiting! Really impressed with every aspect of how the staff asked me about coverages and explained the benefits of making a few inexpensive improvements. Fast, efficient and the girl even insisted about coming out and putting the decal tag on my license plate! Definitely the BEST insurance service I have ever had! (Nothing like it when I lived in Kelowna!) No JEANS either! Very professional! 100% recommendation!

Uggh. This place actually creeped me out and here is why– the staff is:
–cold and impersonal
–overly professional (yes there is such a thing). They dress like they work for a yuppie investment firm.
–no sitting at a desk with your agent
–unbelievable number of staff running around like it’s airport traffic control
–they press hard to upsell you and frown when you decline
It wasn’t just the two people I dealt with– I was listening to the people’s agents to the right and left of me.
I ended up going elsewhere, where they were warm and friendly, you sit down with them and don’t feel under-​dressed (It’s car insurance, come on!)
