Food: Calamari with hot peppers $ 13 — great! Not chewy and lightly fried. Ratio of calamari much greater than the peppers which is good. Pepperoni pizza individual size — excellent however small for the price $ 9.99 No alcohol in mixed drinks in restaurants allover Vancouver, including beer. Bottled beer served already opened and they mix mostly water and tap beer into the botttle. Drinks: Blackberry mojito — no alcohol in it even though ordered and paid for it– ordered the extra 2 oz of rum. $ 8.99. Very sour and made improperly. Tasted like sour mix with sour blackberries not properly muddled so they kept getting into the straw. Awful and a rip off. Very common to receive mixed drinks with no alcoho or pretend water/sugar water shooter — from Van to Banff. Asked for the rum shots on the side to make sure I got alcohol and did not receive it the way I asked! Two friends ordered fishbowls — no alcohol in them either.

Ordered delivery and it was susposed to take 1 hour… an hour and 45 minutes later we call to find out where our food is… They wrote the information down wrong ie buzzer number and phone number so «they couldnt deliver it».spoke to the manager who would deliver the order again… after its been sitting for almost 2 hour NOTHANKS… what garbage service… perhaps hire staff that can take a phone order properly… I will never order from there or eat there ever again. what a joke

The food here is good and their pizza is certainly better than Pizza Hut in my opinion. The servers are sometimes a bit out of it. We went with friends one of whom is allergic to onions, repeatedly asking the server for no onions but he was served a dish with onions! Overall it is not too bad.

Service: good 4⁄5 stars. My waitress was friendly, visited frequently, and pleasant Food: meh 3⁄5 stars. It is what it is Cleanliness: 3⁄5 stars. Nothing jumped out as gross, but the bathroom had not been cared for for several hours. This sort of negligence suggests poor management, employee naiveté or uncaring, and suggests other unseen areas not kept up Bar/drinks: negative 1⁄5 stars. This is why I am writing. The bar tender did not know his/her trade. I ordered a Tanqueray martini, slightly dirty. It came made with something very other than olive juice(pickle juice and/or lime?). My guess is that the bartender kept fruits and pickled veggies(for Caesars/bloody mary’s) much too close together, with all juices mixing & I got my «dirty» from the tray being poured into my drink. blech I couldn’t stomach it, so sent it back. I asked for simply Tanqueray gin shaken on ice and poured. Could you believe this came back barely drinkable? It was both extremely watered down and very slightly sugary sweet. I’m sure the bartender did not adequately rinse his shaker before making this one, and I got all that sweet stuff from the other«martini’s» on the menu. Sorry, but a bartender who not only can’t make martini’s, but doesn’t know how to tend his bar is enough for me to get on Unilocal and holler to the world — only order bottled drinks from Boston Pizza in North Vancouver, or you don’t know what you’re getting.

Mmm… Panookie! My hubby was having a client dinner. Since it was Old Lady Date Night, we thought we should have dinner at the same place. I don’t remember our logic… I told her that we had to be quiet so that my hubby wouldn’t look over and say contritely«That’s my wife» when his client was wondering who was so loud. We found parking in front… thank Jebus since I didn’t want to have to park far and walk. We walked in and there isn’t a hostess. We wait a bit, but nobody comes. After a few minutes, another guy walks in after us and just seats himself. Umm, okay. So we start to walk in and then a woman comes over and seats us. Well, that’s not confusing… she leads us over to the almost empty bar area. I’ve never been in the other part of the restaurant. They only time I come here is when my friends want to watch a game and they have tvs galore. We get seated near my hubby, but he doesn’t see us. Shh… he’s trying to be professional. Since we said three people, we got a huge booth. Me and my old lady order the cactus cut potatoes and the pizza burger. We’re trying to eat slow… I don’t know when hubby’s meeting’s over so we’re dragging this out. My friend loves the cactus cut potatoes so that was a must. We only got the burger because of the commercial(Do it for me!). It did not look like the picture in the menu. I imagined it bigger. We got a salad with it since we already had the cactus cut potatoes. The dressing is weird. It’s raspberry. I didn’t ask, I wasn’t asked… I wish it was something more neutral. Our server is great! She was constantly checking on us, refilling waters, bringing us more cokes and napkins. When my hubby finally joined us, we ordered a Panookie. Wow, get it… it’s a huge fresh baked cookie with ice cream and caramel and chocolate sauce. Mmm… it’s wonderful. It’s soft and mixes well with the ice cream and sauces. Me and cookies are having a Frenaissance. I’m really loving them right now.

I lived down the road from this place and unless someone else suggested it I never went. The food is out of a bag or a box and super salty. It is the same food you will find at every single boston pizza in the province. The salad is probably out of a bag as well though the least salty option. On the bright side if you need to umm clean your intestines this food will probably do the trick. I would suggest finding another pub or restaurant, you aren’t saving money here but you are saving on quality.

This location is close to home for me so I find myself there on a regular basis. It is a small BP location but pleasant enough. If you are a sports fan the bar section of the restaurant has many, many televisions. One complaint is the continual lack of people manning the front desk. It is never a great start to wait and wait for someone to notice you’ve entered the restaurant. Otherwise I have found the staff to be excellent and the food on par with any other Boston Pizza that I have been to.

This BP only gets 3 stars for a few reasons: 1.) Parking — man it sucks! Only 3 spots at the front. Yes you can drive down the alley to the garage but the alley also doubles as a loading dock for all the surrounding businesses. Every time I come here there is some massive truck unloading — good luck finding a parking spot. 2.)Staff — not all bad, majority average. First time I came here the server was amazing! That’s what brought me back. But I don’t know what happened. Ever since then, the different servers appear to hate being there and just seem to do the bare minimum. I’m not picky — just like to eat at a place that seem to appreciate you’re there. Other than that stuff, food is excellent, super clean, and nice bar area. Give it a try — but I won’t tell you where I park ;-)

The renovations they have made recently are quite nice and it is now a great place to watch a hockey game with the new large TV screens they have installed all around the restaurant and especially around the bar area. The food is okay but not exceptional, and is quite expensive given it is bar-quality food for the most part. However, it offers a nice casual atmosphere if you enjoy watching sports and want to share a pitcher with some friends. There is a good selection of pizzas and Pasta Tuesdays are good days to stop by. The service is always friendly and attentive at this location, and it is one fo the few spots on the North Shore that is open late after midnight most nights of the week.

Gluten free? Imagine my surprise when I went in expecting salad as my only option(for a vegetarian who also has gluten allergies) to find out that BP’s new menu also has a gluten free option that was really good! The guys enjoyed their selection of wings,(baked, fried, breaded) and they were super flexible on the modifications requested. Our server was really great and fun. All in all a good family restaurant choice in this area!

Food was very good — pizza was a big hit & twisters were good. Server was just ok — kind of surly until it was time to bring the check & mention their online feedback form. Manager was great — we wanted to sit on patio and he offered to seat us inside temporarily until outdoor seating was available.

The pizza was suuuuuuper great. The service was so-so… Until the guy tried to get us to participate in his survey. We had enough pizza to have leftovers the next night, which was nice. Overall pretty good, I’d probably go back.
