Caribbean Days Festival

Great activity for a sunny summer day. Many years I’m busy this particular weekend but this year we were able to go to Caribbean days.
Waterfront park is cut into two by the railroard tracks. On one side there are all the vendors and kids play area, on the other side there’s a ton of food places, beer garden and some GREAT loud music!
The food at most stands is a little picy for what you get but delicious. My wife had a full snapper with rice and veggies. I had jerk chicken with rice and a veggie salad. We both also had a beef pattie and a deep fried banana. All tasted good, but nothing I would eat regularly.
I believe there is also a parade sometime during the weekend, however have never seen it.
