Driftwood Dance Academy formally opened its doors on July 7, 2013.

We are pleased to announce we are now offering classes in Hip Hop, Lyrical Jazz, AcroDance, Conditioning, and Yoga!

We are thrilled to provide a fresh and fantastic way to create skillful, confident dancers in a fabulous environment.

The teachers are just AMAZING. They know stuff. People at Driftwood are all lovely, kind and cute (especially the little ones), and the learning environment is really supportive. BTW, they have good photography skills toooo!!!

I’m a beginner, a guy and this last week marked the end of my first 10-​week session of Adult Modern dance.
Guess what? I loved it and I’ll be coming back!
Very easy to get there from Vancouver by public transit, bright clean studio space, and warm welcoming smiles. I was impressed with the overall choreography and how the warm-​ups and exercises connected to the routines. Jen’s passion to her craft, enthusiasm and dedication to her students was inspiring. While I did have challenges learning the choreography by the end I felt confident, coordinated (haha) and proud of my accomplishments.
Bring on some more!

I took a class at Driftwood Dance right after they opened. Having not danced for awhile, I was a bit uneasy at first, but they made me feel very comfortable and I had a great time! The class was challenging and fun at the same time, and the other adults in class were very nice and had a blast too. It was a great workout, and I was even sore the next day (which I love!) I will certainly be back for more!
