Harbourside Beach

This is my favourite dog park in my area. First of all my dog loves it because the majority of breeds there tend to be small dogs like her so she finds dogs she can «relate to». There is a designated gated dog park area that is large. The park is along the waterfront with a view of downtown that makes it particularly nice to walk the dog there. Dogs that like to swim have that too (my dog is too chicken to get in the water so it’s irrelevant to us but I see others that let their dogs in the water)
This might be considered a dog park but it is more than that. It is a pleasant walk with or without dog of course — but it is especially nice to drive down in the evening on a clear night to see the gorgeous view of downtown. I bring out of town guests by here and they are always in awe.
The parking situation is pretty good. It’s free and I rarely have trouble finding a spot.
