Not too sure about this company.
Let me preface this whole story by saying I REALLY don’t like contractors working in my living space due to the fact that my Doberman and two escape artist cats need to be temporarily relocated or have constant supervision when strangers are coming in and out.
My friend/​landlady hired him to replace the windows in my suite. The scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. She (the friend/​landlady) was out of town, and there was a misunderstanding about when I was available to allow the contractors access to my home. When I contacted him to let him know that I was unavailable the day he scheduled, Instead of working with me on finding a convenient time, he just gave me a different date.
When the date rolled around, he was supposed to arrive early morning, but had issues with his vehicle in the morning and showed up in the afternoon with only his daughter as a helper. It was a strange afternoon. The job wasn’t completed so they had to come back the next day. They didn’t clean up very well, there was still sawdust or something like it on the patio, some of my furniture, and the coats that were hanging in the vicinity.
The windows are great, and they seem to be installed fine, but the whole experience was just a bit unprofessional.
