Took my wife’s MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement last December(2014) and was very impressed with the quick service. We were away from canada on a one month trip without the laptop and so after taking my MacBook Pro home(a two hour drive from Toronto) and after a month of hearing a whistling/whining noise, my wife finally took the laptop into a local store and when they opened the machine, they found a CELLOPHANEPAPERIN-BETWEENTHELAPTOPCOMPONENTSANDTHECASE. The plastic paper had also either melted from the heat or got glued into the fan duct. The technician here charged us $ 100 for time, diagnostics and for repairs. When I informed the technicians at Accurate to compensate me for this, they offered me $ 45 as compensation because that’s how much they would’ve charged me if I had brought the machine back to them. They’ve been in business for almost 20 odd years but that, unfortunately, was my visit to get my laptop battery replaced.

Took computer in for repairs. Very quick turnaround, very helpful staff who went the extra mile to do the repairs even when there was some glitches due to the age of the computer. Would highly recommend. The Apple store would not even give us a price quote without bringing in the computer to their store. No such issues with Accurate Technologies Ltd. Got a quote, that’s what they charged us, they did a great job, very happy.

Forget the Apple Store These guys have 25 years of experience and are a Platinum Partner They fixed my daughters Mac Book Pro and were able to recover her data from a failed hard drive at reasonable cost Apple Store cannot do that and you will be referred to a service partner anyways Its interesting how i called various service partners and these were the only one that answered the call without going through complicated voice menus and then having to leave a message Please leave a message Hi I need some service work for a new Mac Book pro and looking to have data recovery as well… and she needs it for school… can you help? still haven not heard back from the 3 service providers I left messages with Thanks Accurate for a job well done
