I’m starting to understand why this place has a 2 star rating. Poor customer service and was placed on hold for 10 minutes plus! Eventually hung up and moved in to another store.

Decent prices and good deals, but it took me 20 minutes to find anyone to help me. I went in looking for a new pair of trainers and the wait was laughable. I had to ask for an 8.5 instead of a 9. When someone finally brought me the 8.5, the right shoe was a 6.5. I spent 45 minutes in this store waiting. The staff don’t seem to have much of an idea about the shoes they sell, either.

I came here to buy some stuff on sale.
The good: The items that were said to be in stock online, WERE indeed in stock.
The meh: The staff seemed a bit annoyed and frazzled, and the whole time I only saw 2 people on the floor of this GIANT two-​level store. They got me the shoes I needed, and were helpful, though.
The good: The checkout guy was super gregarious and friendly, and kind of made my day.
So they have a pretty good selection of items from shoes to specific sports wear to outerwear, and with the crazy deal going on, the prices were good. I walked out with two pairs of shoes for $ 130 taxes in.
