By far one of the worst property management companies in Toronto. I have been a renter for 20 years in this city, and not once have I had issues with management as I have in our current building. No one takes responsibility, you are constantly having words with management. I’ve been told multiple times that «I am the only one who complains» — meanwhile I speak to my neighbors and they all complain about the shoddy building as well. They are manipulative and totally out to lunch. ZERO customer service skills at all. You would think that after going through so many inconveniences an apology would at least be in order, but they literally act like YOU are responsible. DO NOT rent.
