Whether you want a custom made dress in a + size, need alteration of your wedding gown, want to re-​style your jeans, re-​line a coat or simply replace a zipper or hem pants, your satisfaction on the quality of the work is guaranteed — we will do it over so that you’re satisfied. Men’s jacket alterations, pillows, draperies, patterns so you can sew your own and small (less than 100) production runs of clothing items are just a few of the things we can do.

Historique

Fondé en 2011.

After 26 years of working in the Hong Kong fashion industry, primarily as an assistant to a fashion designer, I came to Canada. Initially, I worked for various alteration shops before launching my own business in Dec., 2011. The space at 159 Simcoe St. S. opened in Apr., 2012, and has been growing steadily, mostly by word of mouth.

After high school, I did an apprenticeship in clothing design and manufacture. I worked for many years as an assistant to fashion designers. This involved translating sketches to working patterns, producing the sample, production control of the product, marketing and shipping of the product. The products ranged from sports wear, jackets and coats, dresses, pants and children’s wear. Eventually I had my own business producing samples, with matching master pattern.
