Fondé en 1996.

Eagle opened its doors in 1996 with only 10 employees in 3 offices as an IT recruitment agency. Now, almost two decades later, we’re a full-​service staffing agency that reaches beyond IT, has over 100 employees in 10 offices across Canada, achieves annual revenues exceeding $ 100 million, and places a wide-​range of senior professionals with companies in almost every industry.

Kevin Dee is a co-​founder and CEO of Eagle. He has final responsibility for all aspects of Eagle’s performance and is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company, directing the Senior Management Team and building the company culture.

Kevin gained his extensive knowledge of the industry through technical, sales, management and executive roles, within the staffing industry and prior to that, the system integration world. He has a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from the UK and over 30 years of experience in the technology industry.

Since 1996, Mr. Dee has led Eagle’s growth from 10 employees, 3 offices and $ 10 million in revenues to become a $ 140 million company, employing more than 100 people, in 10 offices across Canada. In 2006, he was named CEO of the Year by the Ottawa Business Journal, in 2009 was consumer’s choice Businessman of the Year and, in 2012, was presented with the ACSESS Award of Excellence.
