Historique

Fondé en 1991.

In 1950, John Searcy began selling and delivering car batteries to wholesalers in the Dallas/​Fort Worth area. He based his business on high principles: offer the best-​quality product, provide impeccable service and treat the customer with respect. Today, Interstate Batteries are sold in 300,000 dealers across the United States and internationally.

In 1998, the innovation continued as Interstate All Battery Centers emerged to meet the growing demand for portable battery power by bringing a full spectrum of battery products to the retail market. As we continue to grow as the premier replacement battery provider of consumer and commercial portable power solutions worldwide, we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built and look forward to the next chapter in our history. Scott Miller continues the family legacy as Interstate Batteries’ President and CEO with a focus on the values and ethics that has earned Interstate the respect and loyalty of customers, vendors and employees.

Throughout North America, Interstate Batteries is recognized as a premium battery amongst consumers, as well dealers and installers.

In March 2006 James & Chrissy Locke began Interstate Battery System of Ottawa/​Hull.

In July of 2011 they opened the All Battery Center which is currently managed by Tony Phillips.
