Terrible customer service. Went in with an old laptop charger that wasn’t working. I asked if he had one that was similar for my HP laptop as it wasn’t a common tip. He said yes but please bring me your computer. I went home, got the computer and went back to the store. After 5mins of trying he said nope I don’t have one. I was a little upset that after specifically telling him that it was an uncommon charger tip and showing him exactly what I needed and he telling me yes he has it and go home and get my computer to avoid purchasing the charger first.(Because if you return anything –even 20mins later– they charge you a 15% restocking fee). I asked why did he send me home if he didn’t know he had the charger? He said he assumed he would. I said next time you should be sure as to not waste Peoples time. He replied with” WELLIFTHATMAKESYOUFEELBETTER” I said that’s an odd comment to make to a customer. As my fiancé was standing there he looked at my fiancé and said«STOPGIVINGMESTINKEYE». we just stopped there and left. Terrible terrible service.

Pro: convenient location, reasonable selection Con: high prices, pointlessly hostile owner, ridiculous return«policy» I’ve shopped here several times over the years without complaint. The prices are not competitive but it’s convenient to have this shop downtown. However, upon trying to return a cable(that I tried at their direction after they did not have the cable I initially asked for) the owner became extremely hostile, tried to charge a restocking fee, and went on to become needlessly angry and accuse me of trying to take advantage of him. So after having dropped a few hundred dollars at his shop over the years, the owner decided to toss my business in the trash over a thirty dollar return. I won’t be back.
