Historique

Fondé en 1975.

The orthotherapy centre was founded in 1975 by the late Dr. Philip Butcher.

His background as a British osteopath, homeopath, nutripath, and biochemical researcher of nutrition applied to the body’s chemistry, left a great legacy of knowledge and training to Elvira Jaramillo. All the these years later, the centre is continuing its service to the community.

Our mission is to proportionate wellbeing through natural and compassionate healing.

Elvira Jaramillo, B.A.

Elvi, as she is known to her clients and friends, received extensive training in colon therapy and deep tissue bodywork since 1983. She is also a first degree black belt in Tae-​Kwon-​do (1990) and Shorenji Kempo first Kyu (1992). Elvi complements her practice with ongoing courses and training in practical anatomy and physiology on Canada and her native Colombia. She also has year of practical training in yoga, holistic care, nutrition and uses her unique approach to provide special, personalized care to her clients. Elvi is a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists.
