Osgoode Properties

When I first moved to Ottawa, I did the stupid route of not coming to scout out an apartment prior to U-​Hauling my butt over here. Instead, I did everything via the Internet and phone (dumb, I know) a month or two beforehand. Luckily, I wasn’t ripped off by the apartment company I ended up renting from, which was Osgoode Properties. I never ran into any major problems with them, but then again, no major problems really arose.
My apartment was freshly painted and cleaned and the building itself was in good shape. The laundry facilities were great and the on site manager accommodated me because I just wanted an 8 month lease (this is not their policy though). The landscaping was well tended to, but the pool was pretty gross. My rent was average for the area.
From my experience, this is a good company.
