One of the best butchers in Ottawa. The meat is always gorgeous, every sausage we’ve bought here has been one of the best sausages I’ve ever tried and they carry some of the harder-to-find bits that meat lovers might be looking for. Great assortment of marinades and sauces as well.

This is my favorite butcher in Ottawa. They have Prime grade steaks not just AAA and also Kobe Beef (wagu) for sale. I once bought 4 pounds of wagu beef and it was amazing.
They also duck breasts to make duck confit. If you want to get full foie gras liver, this is your place.
Different meats for chinese fondue! This place is usually well stock too. I just love this place!

This is my favourite butcher shop in the Byward Market area. There are a few in the market but in my opinion this place has the best price for the quality as some of the other places are extremely expensive with equal quality items.
For Italian sausage, chorizo and some italian deli meats I’d recommend La Bottega. For specialty sausages you should go to The Sausage Kitchen and for anything else you should be able to get here.
They have pre-marinated items as well as a bunch of sausages and spices.
